Requirements to Become a Distributor

To become an Herbs of Hope Distributor, each applicant must:
  • Be of the age of majority in his or her state of residence;
  • Reside in the United States, a U.S. Territory, or any country that Herbs of Hope has officially announced is open for business;
  • Have a valid Social Security or Federal Tax ID number;
  • Purchase an Herbs of Hope Starter Kit for $49.95 (Price subject to change at the discretion of Herbs of Hope inc). (optional in North Dakota); and
  • Submit a properly completed Distributor Application and Agreement to Herbs of Hope.

Requirement to retaining Distributor status

Must stay on the monthly Auto Ship program of a minimum of 1 bottle or 40PV per month to maintain Distributor Status

Distributor Benefits

Once a Distributor Application and Agreement has been accepted by Herbs of Hope, the benefits of the Marketing and Compensation Plan and the Distributor Agreement are available to the new Distributor. These benefits include the right to:
  • Sell Herbs of Hope products;
  • Participate in the Herbs of Hope Marketing and Compensation Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible);
  • Sponsor other individuals as Preferred Customers or Distributors into the Herbs of Hope business and thereby build a Marketing Organization and progress through the Herbs of Hope Marketing and Compensation Plan;
  • Receive periodic Herbs of Hope literature and other Herbs of Hope communications;
  • Participate in Herbs of Hope-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and
  • Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by Herbs of Hope for its Distributors.

Term and Renewal of Your Herbs of Hope Business

The term of the Distributor Agreement is one year from the date of its acceptance by Herbs of Hope Distributors must renew their Distributor Agreement each year by paying an annual renewal fee of $29.95.
